Terms & Conditions – Green Ark Resorts

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Reservations cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival shall receive a full refund less an administrative fee of INR 500.
  • Reservations cancelled with 15-20 days notice shall attract a cancellation fee equal to the first night’s accommodation plus an administrative fee of INR 500.
  • Cancellation with less than 14 days notice will not be refunded, and full payment will be required, for the term of the original reservation.

CHECKING IN & CHECKING OUT

  • Check-in time is 12 PM and departure time no later than 10am unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • If you lose or do not return the Room / Villa KEYS you may be charged for their recovery or lock replacement.
  • If you have any problems with your acomodation when you arrive you must notify us immediately.

PAYMENT TERMS

  • The deposit paid is non refundable. It may be transferred to a date within the following 12 months, as long as a written request is received prior to the date of the balance of payment. An admin fee of  Rs 50 applies to any transfer or cancellation.
  • Payments are accepted by way of  CASH or BANK TRANSFER
  • Balance of payment two weeks prior to booking date.
  • No cleaning fees and linen fees.
  • Strictly no pets.

SAFETY DEPOSIT

  • A safety deposit of Rs 200 is required on top of the rental fee at balance of payment. This safety deposit is held until after the post-stay inspection has been concluded, and is refunded in full on successful inspection.
  • Partys with more than four will require a bond of  Rs 500.
