Reservation Questions

• What is Green Ark Resorts cancellation and amendments policy?

  Bookings can be cancelled or amended up until 48 hours prior to arrival (2pm check-in time). If cancelled within 48 hours of arrival (2pm check-in time), the full amount of accommodation will be forfeited by the guest. Any cancellations or amendments that require a refund outside the 48 hour cancellation policy will incur a  INR 500 administration charge. No changes or cancellations are permitted for Special Offers

• What information and identification is required at check-in?

  • Valid photo identification & address proof
  • Final payment of accommodation (if not paid in full at time of booking)
  • Security deposit for certain facilities if required
  • You will be required to sign the guest registration book

Resort Information

• How to get to the resort by car?

  Please enter the resort address (Green Ark Resorts, Chelvarkoil, Thekaddy)in your GPS device to get driving directions from your location to Green Ark Resorts. For more details please visit the location map page

• Do you offer Airport Transfers to Green Ark Resorts?

  The transfer from Kochi Airport or Madurai airport can be organised, simply give us your flight details. Please note additional Charges Apply.  

• What is the check in and check out time?

  Green Ark Check in and Check out times are given below: Check-in : 2.00 p.m Check-out : 10.00 a.m

• Do you have room service?

  We don’t have room service. However we do serve your meals in your room if you have requested for meals with your reservation.

• Do you have car parking available at the resort?

  Car parking is available at the resort.

• Do you except credit cards?

  Yes we do accept Master and Visa credit and debit cards for your convenience.Please note card transactions incur a service fee of 1.5%.

• Do I need a visa to enter India?

  For your visit to India you need a valid visa. The visa application forms can be obtained from the Indian Consulate or online here

• I require additional bedding. What fees apply?

  If additional bedding is required please tell us at the time of booking. Additional bedding is subject to availability. Cost for an additional person is INR 500 per person / per night

• Are pets allowed?

  Sorry Pets are not allowed in the resort
